Go Green Gas Guarantee Official Program Rules
PROGRAM PERIOD:
June 16, 2008 through September 30, 2008
PROGRAM DESCRIPTION:
This special program is offered to retail consumers who purchase a gas motor
home and take delivery during the program period. This special program is an
alternative to the $750 rebate also being offered. This offer consists of a
specific number of price-protected gallons of fuel at $2.99 per gallon* for
select vehicles. Diesel Motor Homes are not eligible.
This program also contains the following elements:
- Fuel purchases will be protected at $2.99 per gallon for 2 years, divided
equally into yearly increments.
- If the vehicle uses unleaded fuel, the $2.99 offer covers up to 87 octane fuel, but not diesel fuel. - The program is designed to provide participating customers a specified
number of gallons of required fuel (87 octane) at a $2.99 per gallon price
for 2 years. Participating consumers may elect to upgrade their fuel quality
purchases, and these purchases will be considered as "Out of Scope"
purchases with the noted charges/prices outlined below:
- If the consumer purchases a higher grade of gas (i.e. Mid-Grade or Premium), the consumer will be responsible for the $2.99 plus $.15 per gallon for mid-grade fuel (88 or 89 octane) for a total of $3.14 per gallon or plus $.30 per gallon for premium fuel (90 to 94 octane) for a total of $3.29 per gallon. All other grades of fuel higher than 94 octane are not covered under this program. - The yearly allotment of fuel protected at $2.99 will have the following
start and expiration dates:
- 1st year begins upon finalization of deal before August 17, 2008.
- 2nd year begins on 7-31-09 and has an expiration date of August 17, 2010 - If the yearly gallon allotment is used before the second year begins, there will be no borrowing from the second years allotment permitted.
- If the annual and /or program gallon allotment is not used during the appropriate time period, any unused gallons will expire and not roll-over to the next year.
- If the purchased fuel is at a price less than $2.99, the price will not be adjusted, but the gallon usage will still be applied against the maximum annual allotment.
- The program is not transferable. If a consumer sells their vehicle before the program expiration date or disposes of their vehicle for any other reason, the consumer can not transfer the program to the new owner.
- If an eligible consumer exceeds the maximum gallon allotment during a tank fill-up, the program will cover the entire fill-up at $2.99 per gallon, unless the consumer has exceeded the total program fuel allotment.
- Only fuel purchases in the United States are eligible for this program.
- Fuel purchases at marinas are ineligible for this program. Avalon RV Center reserves the right to discontinue, amend, rescind or modify this program at any time. See your dealer for any updated rules.
MODEL ELIGIBILITY:
Eligible motor homes must be delivered during the program start and end
dates indicated.
Eligible Models:
All new and used Class A, Class B and Class C motor homes
*The gallon allotment calculation used to determine two years of gas at
$2.99 per gallon is as follows: 5,000 miles driven per year multiplied by 2
years, divided by the vehicle's average miles per gallon (MPG) of 10.
$750 Rebate in lieu of Gas Guarantee can be received.
Rebate and Gas Guarantee may not be combined.
Fuel guarantee may not be used in other personal vehicles or equipment.
Customer will be reimbursed the amount of money exceeding $2.99 a gallon.
Customer agrees to submit (to Avalon RV Center) receipts showing date, price per gallon and the number of gallons purchased. Receipts must be received at Avalon RV Center within 2 years of the original purchase date of the Recreational Vehicle.

The average miles of ten miles a gallon in no way guarantees the average mileage you will receive in the Recreational Vehicle being purchased.
The maximum gallons used can't exceed 500 per year.
