My husband and I have been looking for a newer travel trailer so while he was on vacation from work he went to Avalon. He found Jeff the salesman, Jeff was patient and kind most importantly not pushy. Robyn in finance she was also a tremendous help with getting us financed with a payment we liked. On Saturday we arrived at 9am and we were out of there full walk-thru and papers signed by 10:30am. There was no messing around straight to the point. Thank you for the outstanding service! I came a fair distance for some warranty work on my RV. All aspects of my experience with Avalon RV have been excellent. Tim quickly diagnosed and ultimately repaired the problem, Maya communicated with the manufacturer to get the parts in a timely manner and Jeff worked with me to set up appointments which enabled me to get this done efficiently. In addition the building is set up to make waiting for the repair as comfortable as possible and everyone treated me with kindness. Best of all my RV is ready to roll - thank you ! - Melissa

Had some warranty issues with our new RV. Contacted Jeff in service and was told to bring it right in. Did so and Jeff had Steve in the service department go over our problems. Steve was great to work with and got everything fixed and took the time to show us what he did plus he answered our question. Both Jeff and Steve are assets to the dealership. - Keith

We began our search for our first trailer. We did our research, and got an idea of what we were looking for. We submitted a request to come look at a user trailer and they contacted us immediately. Jeff, the service manager, set up an appointment for us to come look. Once we got up there he was very helpful. He didnt push us one way or the other while looking at multiple units. We eventually decided to go with a brand new trailer and couldnt be happier. What I loved most is that he was not pushy and did not get annoyed with us going back and forth comparing two models. He made everything so easy and informed us of his honest opinion the whole time. Dave is the service department was great during the walk through and Scott in finance was amazing at informing us on all of our options and explaining the paperwork so that we would understand. We purchased a used camper ( 2 years old ) from Avalon . After getting it home we noticed an issue with the axle . Avalon had us bring it in to have the service department check it out . We only got the 30 day appliance warranty so the axle was not covered under it . In less than 30 minutes they had the camper checked and arraigned for a new axle to be shipped to them for the camper . It took about 2 weeks for the axle to arrive and the installation finished with no charge to us . Avalon Treated us well through out our purchase , the service department was very friendly and helpful . I would not hesitate to purchase from them . - Anonymous
Want to thank Jeff LoGuidice for his great service. We've been looking for a RoadTrek SS Agile for a few years now and when one was available in Medina's, Avalon RV center we called and made an appointment with Jeff. It was a cold day and Jeff had the RV heated up and running when we arrived. Jeff gave us incredible service by dedicating his full time and attention to us. Answered all of our questions and we shared military family history stories us as well. He took us through the process of purchase, loan and deliver and was there every step of the way. When an issue came up (RoadTrek corporation related) he immediately took care of it gaining us a $1500 rebate from RoadTrek as well as a lesser rebate from Avalon RV Center in order to meet our requested amount. He is always available to answer any questions and does not walk away once the sale is made. If you are looking for an RV I'd recommend Avalon RV Center and ask for Jeff LoGuidice. - Oleh
